Tell Us How To Shoot It
It's easy. You can email a shot list with sample images, website links or simply include the list with your products when you ship them. One of the best ways to tell us how you'd like your products photographed is to set them up on a table, desk or floor and take a shot with your cell phone. This will help us understand what you're looking for and we'll have a better idea of the positioning of the camera to the products and what's included in the shots.
Flat White Background
We call it Flat White, because it doesn't have a sheen or detail to it, it's flat like flat paint. This is a particularly useful surface to have your products photographed on because the shadow is minimal. Among it's many uses, your product can easily be extracted from it's background and "Photoshopped" into another background or setting.
Glossy White Background
We love this background because everything looks great on it! Choosing Glossy is a great way to add a clean, sleek look to your site or promotions.
Choosing The Best Sample
Take care when picking the sample you'd like photographed. Choose the ones that are in the best condition. Look for scratches and dings printing smudges. Anything you wouldn't want to see in the final images.
The Family Jewels
When packing the items for shipping it's best to wrap them individually so they don't rub and bump against each other and get all dinged up and scratched while in transit. Wrap them in bubble pack before boxing to insure a safe trip to the studio.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a clipping path?
A clipping path is an hand drawn outline around the product. This is an advanced photoshop tool and should only be ordered if you have the proper experience. They can be ordered after the image has been created as well.
Do you charge by the shot or by the product?
We charge by the shot. Let's say you have 1 product that needs 2 angles photographed (one straight on and one rotated), that counts as 2 shots. Every product needs to be photographed uniquely and retouched individually.

We take our turn around time very seriously. Our standard turn around time is 7 business days or less from the day we receive the package. For rush it's 3 business days or less from the day we receive the package.
